What members can do

Ask a question about the CC&Rs, rules, records, or a notice you received.
Upload a notice, invoice, photo set, or board record into a structured submission.
Read shared community updates without seeing names, addresses, or private files.

Approval flow

New members request access here first. An administrator reviews the request and sends an invite only after approval.

The invite email is where the member sets their password. After that, they sign in normally and can change their password later in settings.
